Free Shipping
TBN offers free shipping on all orders over $199 USD that are placed for delivery within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to shipping charges, which are calculated based on the area zip code and the shipping services chosen at checkout.
Shipping to Canada
We offer shipping to Canada at a flat rate of USD $35. Orders to Canada that total $299 or more qualify for free shipping. As a courtesy to our Canadian customers, we cover all customs fees for orders shipped to Canada.
International Shipping
TBN Labs LLC ships internationally via the US Postal Service International Service. Additional shipping fees apply to international shipments. However, we offer free Priority Mail International Shipping on orders over $299 and free Priority Mail Express International Shipping on orders that exceed $499 in total product cost. Please note that for all orders outside the United States, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in New York, USA.
Standard Shipping Times
- Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
- International Orders: Typically arrive within 6-10 business days depending on the destination country’s custom clearance process.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. To qualify for same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Expedited Shipping Options
Expedited shipping options are available upon request. The additional cost and estimated arrival dates for expedited shipping will be displayed during checkout.
Backordered Items
If an item is on backorder and no stock is available, TBN Labs LLC will typically reach out to inform the customer, providing the option to wait for stock replenishment or receive a full refund. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Packaging and Shipping Safety
We take great care to package our products to protect them from damage during transit. However, in the event that an item is damaged in transit customers should contact us no later than [7 calendar days] from delivery. We will then process the return or replacement as necessary. During extreme weather conditions or other disruptions, our standard protocols will be followed to ensure minimal impact on shipping times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

RETURN POLICY
Returns Policy
At TBN Labs LLC, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are confident in our quality and stand by the products we manufacture. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, feel free to request a return of the product for a full refund.
Guidelines for Returns
To return a product, please follow these guidelines:
- Return Period: The product must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery in order to qualify for a refund.
- Return Request: Complete the online Request Return Form to initiate the return process.
- Return Condition: In order for TBN to process a return, the product(s) being returned must be shipped back to our business address (see return address section below).
- Shipping Costs: We take responsibility for shipping costs and will provide you with a Return Shipping Label when the request form is submitted.

Please note that we do not accept international returns. However, we will do our best to negotiate and resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund. The refund will be initiated to the original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to reach your credit card or bank account, depending on the financial institution and their processing time.
If a return is deemed unreasonable (e.g., you changed your mind after the product has already been dispatched and shipped), we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. In all other cases, we will issue a full refund.
